In your experience, what are some of the biggest changes social media has brought to businesses and organizations?
Social Media and Web 2.0 are both part of the largest revolution since the Industrial Age. This is an exciting time and still in its infancy. As the web changes so will we as we embark on our journey, learning how to best utilize the tools that are available. The landscape of the web and Social Media will be completely different in 9 months. It will be interesting to learn and explore new techniques and step outside our comfort zones.
As a business person and marketer for most of my life, I became frustrated with not having a solid working knowledge of the wonderful social media tools others were not only using but using well. Now my journey has begun and I am excited to jump in with both feet and actively join the revolution .
